ServiceNow Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

Within your role, you will be responsible for the implementation, customising and maintenance of existing and new services within the modules and in the NETZSCH Service Portal
You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining interfaces to systems (e.g. SAP) and cloud services (e.g. Microsoft Azure and Office 365) in ServiceNow
You carry out module and component tests as well as analyses to improve the service landscape
You are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient application operation in the existing Dev, Test and Prod instances
You drive the standardisation, digitalisation and automation of the process landscape and promote the professional and technical exchange of knowledge
You are responsible for change and release management in close cooperation with the managed service provider

Qualifications

You have a degree in business informatics or comparable professional training
You have proven experience as a developer of the ServiceNow platform
You are experienced in building and maintaining interfaces to other systems and cloud services
You are characterised by excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support platform owners, developers and users with technical requests
You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
