Job Description

You support us in process analysis to identify bottlenecks and potential for improvement
You will be involved in defining, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
In your role, you will contribute to conducting root cause analyses in order to develop preventative solutions
You organize and accompany employee training sessions

Qualifications

You are studying a relevant field such as engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
You have a basic technical understanding
You are characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to recognize complex problems and develop effective solutions
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a very good command of German and English round off your profile
You are adept at using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
