Job Description

Requirements analysis, design, and implementation of the SAP modules Service and Field Service, including concept development and customizing
Ensuring the daily operation and stability of the SAP applications in the respective modules
Ongoing analysis, support, optimization, further development, and documentation of business processes in close collaboration with the Service and Repair departments
Management, planning, coordination, and implementation of application development within national and international projects
Support, consulting, and training of SAP key users
Supervision of interfaces to external subsystems such as CRM
Planning and coordination of external service providers

Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in leading and implementing projects in the SAP environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry, particularly in mechanical engineering
Passion for modeling and optimizing sales and service processes
Initial experience with SAP Service, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Customer Service, and SAP Sales & Distribution is an advantage
Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, as well as a team-oriented and results-driven working style
High willingness to learn, service orientation, assertiveness, and willingness to travel
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
